**Post-Doctoral Fellow Rate: A letter of endorsement from your academic supervisor is required to be emailed to email@example.com for verification.
Cancellation & Refund Policies
Cancellations and/or changes must be sent in writing to firstname.lastname@example.org. Partial and full refunds are subject to the conditions below:
From Now till 31 January 2023 - full refund minus 10% administration fee for cancelled registrations
Between 1 February to 9 April 2023 – partial refund (50%) for cancelled registrations
From 8 April 2023 - No refund for cancelled registrations
All cancellations involving a refund will be subject to a 10% administration fee. Refunds shall be processed within six weeks.
No refunds will be made to participants should the Congress be cancelled or adapted to hybrid or virtual event formats due to circumstances not within the Organiser’s control including but not limited to any acts of God, civil commotion, outbreak, threat of outbreak, or ongoing transmission of infectious or communicable diseases such as SARS, COVID-19, failure of any applicable government authority to issue required governmental permits, and any other similar event or condition making it in advisable, impracticable, illegal or impossible to hold the Event.
